We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cordera purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn garments in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are shipped back in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
